Our butchers can season, stuff, and marinate special cuts of beef, pork, poultry, and more - and we'll package it just the way you like it! Shop our meat department for fresh cuts of USDA AngusPride beef, all natural Chairman's Reserve pork, and fresh chicken. Our ground beef is ground fresh multiple times daily to guarantee freshness.

Each store features on-site, experienced butchers from your community who hand cut your selection of fresh meats each day. Please do not hesitate to stop in and ask our butcher for that special cut you may need.

Smokehouse

We are proud to carry over 100 varieties of smoked meat items. From brats to snack sticks to wieners and summer sausage, our meats are smoked onsite at our store in Clarissa and carried at both locations for your convenience. Come taste the difference!
