Preparation Time: 15 min; Chill Time: at least 4 hours
| 1 1/2 | cups | boiling water | |

| 1 | pkg. | (8-serve size) or 2 pkgs. (4-serve size) Jell-O Brand Cranberry Flavor Gelatin | |
|  | |||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | ground cinnamon | |
|  | |||
| 1 | can | (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce | |
|  | |||
| 1 | cup | cold water | |
|  | |||
| 1 | orange, sectioned, diced | ||
|  | |||
| 1/2 | cup | chopped walnuts | |
|  | |||
Stir boiling water into gelatin and cinnamon in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.  Stir in cranberry sauce until melted.  Stir in cold water.  Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).    
Stir in orange and walnuts.  Spoon into 5-cup mold.    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.  Unmold.  Garnish as desired.  
Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.    
Unmolding:  Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds.  Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers.  Place moistened serving plate on top of mold.  Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen.  Gently remove mold.  Center gelatin on plate.
